OnlyFans model links cosmetic surgery to higher income

DR published a feature on August 18, 2026 about a Danish OnlyFans model who says repeated cosmetic procedures have increased her income. The article accompanies the broadcaster’s new documentary about young Danes and online pornography.

DR reports that a creator who works under the alias Enulie Porer sells sexual content on the subscription platform OnlyFans. She is identified in the article only by her first name, Emilie. According to DR, she says she has had breast surgery three times, and that each operation was followed by higher earnings.

Emilie describes pursuing a specific look built on blue eyes, large breasts, long eyelashes and a hair free body, which she calls a pornified Barbie. Botox, liposuction and breast operations are part of that project, as stated in the DR article. She also says the constant exposure of that look helps legitimize a body that children and young people cannot achieve naturally.

Per DR, Emilie uses TikTok and Instagram to attract new subscribers, while staying inside the platforms’ rules on sexual content. She replaces explicit words with invented terms so posts are not blocked, and says the marketing thinking is constant because the product is her own body. She adds that she feels more insecure about her body now than before the procedures.

DR notes that Emilie has previously been stalked and took part in the DR program “Forfulgt.” The broadcaster states that it knows her full identity, and that only her first name is used out of concern for her safety and privacy.

Part of a wider DR theme

The feature is linked to the documentary “Alene hjemme med porno,” in which young Danes describe how pornography shaped their expectations. One participant, Magnus, describes ideals of muscular men and specific female body shapes. Cecilie, now 24, says she started watching pornography at age 11 and later developed an eating disorder.

According to DR’s own announcement from August 11, 2026, the documentary is part of a cross platform theme called “Porno uden grænser,” running from August 17, 2026 across television, radio, podcasts and articles. DR describes the series as a follow up to “Alene hjemme på nettet” from 2024, which documented how easily children encounter disturbing online content.

Presse-fotos.dk reports that DR editor Lasse Bjørch has said the aim is to start a conversation rather than deliver definitive answers. The listings site Allatvkanaler.se shows the documentary airing on DR1 on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 21:25, and notes that many children are exposed to online pornography involuntarily through friends, school or social media.

Social media marketing of cosmetic procedures has drawn scrutiny in Denmark before, including cases where celebrities promoted eye surgery in breach of the rules.
