This annual recognition, now in its 33rd year, is given to a workplace that excels in creating positive labor conditions, promoting inclusivity, and supporting personal and professional development among employees. From a field of over 100 nominated organizations, only three finalists were selected to be evaluated by a specialized panel. The Tivoli Hotel in Denmark stood out for its commitment to employee participation and cultural diversity. It shows the value of good workplaces.

A Diverse and Inclusive Workplace
