Ten homes priced above 10 million kroner are currently for sale in Svendborg, led by a waterfront villa asking 22 million kroner.
Avisen Danmark reports that ten properties in the South Funen town are listed at prices above 10 million kroner. The most expensive is offered at 22 million kroner, while the cheapest on the list costs 10.8 million kroner.
The top listing is Troensevej 3 in Vindeby, a 247 square meter villa built in 2021 with its own bathing and boat jetty on Svendborgsund. According to the sales listing from Estate Svendborg, the house sits on a 1,879 square meter plot, with a stated monthly owner cost of 4,752 kroner.
Second on the list is Rantzausmindevej 23 in Rantzausminde at 16.9 million kroner. The 279 square meter house from 1959 was extensively renovated in 2019 and has its own bathing jetty. Two apartments at Gambøtvej on Thurø follow, each priced at 14,195,000 kroner and built in 2024.
Both Gambøtvej units are exempt from Denmark’s residence requirement, and one is marketed with panoramic views over Svendborgsund, Tåsinge and Langeland. Residents of the building have priority in renting berths at the neighboring Gambøt marina, per Avisen Danmark.
